My Mission as a Run Coach
As a coach, my mission is to empower individuals from all walks of life to break through barriers and achieve their running goals—no matter their background, size, weight, or age. I believe that everyone has untapped potential, and through personalised coaching and unwavering support, I aim to show that you can do far more than you imagine. My own journey as a runner serves as proof that the so-called “stereotypical runner” doesn’t exist, and with the right mindset and guidance, anyone can push past their limits. Together, we will redefine what’s possible and set new personal records!

Personal Training
Being a qualified PT, I’m able to assist with Strength and Conditioning both for performance and injury prevention.
Constant Support
Through both data monitoring (your physiological repsonses) and by regular catch ups, I make sure your trainings at the most optimal level, enjoying the training and staying motivated
Quick start guide
What happens when I make contact?
The below is a very basic outline of what you can expect through my coaching services.
01.
Phone call
Once you’ve made contact, I’ll book in a time to give you a call. Here you can ask whatever questions you may have about myself, the services etc. After this, if you like what you hear I’ll send you a consultation form to fill in to get more detailed information.
02.
Consultation
We begin with you filling in my consultation form. After this is complete we set up a meet and greet either in person or online so I can learn more about you, your history, goals, lifestyle, how training with me works and the app I use.
03.
Prepping your data
I work with the information that we’ve discussed in the consultation and start building your long term plan. I then complete your first training block which is specifically designed for you. Once uploaded I will give you a call 24-48hours later to discuss any questions you may have.
04.
We put the plan to action
We start putting the plan to action. Each important workout will have specific information written in by myself. Once the workouts completed, you simply write down how you were feeling & any comments you may have about the workout etc.
05.
Catch up to discuss past/future training
Every 2weeks, I will create your following 2 week training block based on how your previous weeks had gone, any personal commitments you have and possible shifts in goals. I then call to discuss 24-48hours after uploading.
06.
Specific training
Dependent on the race or goal you are aiming for we’ll get into specifics. Nutrition, hydration, race plans, training camps, pacing plans, recovery tips, post race debriefs to name a few.

This service best suits athletes that aren’t looking for regular feedback but do want help with training structure and managing load.
This service comes with 6 weekly training blocks where we catch up every 6 weeks to discuss and plan ahead

This service provides a fortnightly plan with regular feedback. We catch up every 2 weeks to review the previous weeks & the future 2 weeks & plan ahead.

Created for those athletes that really want to tackle endurance head on and optimise their adaptation.
This services offers everything Stride Right does with the inclusion of a Strength programme, Weekly communication and 1 x in person coaching session per fornight. **Subject to space**
