I operate out of my home gym which is based in North Canterbury. This gives me the ability to train those that are nervous going to the gym or to try new movements with everyone watching. I’m able to build your confidence, teach you how to move correctly and set you up ready to either chase those kids around the house once again, beat a PB or perhaps make moving about easier!

What happens when I make contact?

The below is a very basic outline of what you can expect through just my Personal Training services.

01.

Phone call

Once you’ve made contact, I’ll book in a time to give you a call. Here you can ask whatever questions you may have about myself, the services etc. After this, if you like what you hear I’ll send you a consultation form to fill in to get more detailed information.

02.

Consultation

After the phone call you fill in my consultation form. Once this is complete we set up a meet and greet so I can learn more about you, your history, goals, lifestyle, medical history etc. We also set your short and long term goals so we know what we are working towards!

03.

Movement Appraisal

Time dependent, we’ll do this in the consultation, if not we’ll meet again to complete a Movement Appraisal, Range of Motion Assessment and do a Postural Analysis so I can see what we need to work on.

04.

Creating your programme

Based on all the information I’ve gained I get to work creating your programme tailored specifically to you. I aim to gain as much info as possible prior to make sure I prescribe safe excercise programming that is within your capabilities and to reach your goals.

05.

We put the program to action.

As the title says, we get to work. Working day by day through your scheduled workouts. We’ll ensure the program is fun for you using exercises and movements you believe to be the most enjoyable.

06.

Monthly Reviews

We catch up every 4 weeks and review how your goals are progressing. Here is where we make changes to help you progress further or perhaps try some new excercises to keep you engaged.

No gym membership needed

30mins (Min 6 sessions)

Great option if you’re happy warming up and warming down on your own. Gives us 30mins to work through your program.

This option comes with the Consultations and Appraisals

45mins (Min 4 sessions)

Gives us the ability to either warm up or warm down together. Highly reccommended for flexbility gains or injury prevention.

This option comes with the Consultations and Appraisals.

Gives us the ability to warm up, cool down and still have plenty of time to work out.

We’ll be able to prime your body correctly for the work to come and then bring it back to a resting state.

Group Training (Min 6 people)

Have a few friends that want to work out together, then why not let me create a workout for you and come deliver it? Some options could be Boot Camp, Circuit, HIIT etc.

If I come to you (CHC only), there’ll be a travel fee of $35.00, however I will bring all the equipment.

Are you are mainly interested in getting a Movement Appraisal, Range of Motion and Postural Anaylsis done to find out more about your movement?

Once I have worked with you to gather the information I’ll spend time thereafter looking over work we’ve gathered and make some suggestions on how to fix after the session.
